Butterfly Gate 2/1

A few pages from a project I've been working on for a bit. Some of these pages I've been sitting on for over a year, so it's a delight to finally get around to showing them off.
The book's called Butterfly Gate, and it's due to be launched at Thought Bubble in Leeds this weekend. If you're there, pop by the Improper books stand (New Dock Hall, tables 51-53) and check it out, maybe pick up a copy. Or two - makes a lovely Christmas pressie, honest!
Not one for the little kiddies, tho - it has one foot in classic Edwardian children's fantasy, and the other steeped in blood. It's almost entirely text-free too, which was quite fun to work with, and Chris's lines are just lovely.
