And now the finished version of my faerie drawing. This kinda turned out a lot more vivid than I'd originally intended, but the whole point in this piece was to indulge myself at every stage, and I just couldn't help getting carried away. I used a lot of photoshop tricks that I've learned over the past few months, and a lot of my favourite parts of this image really aren't what they seem at all, but I think it all hangs together well enough. Again, the Mucha influence should be pretty obvious, but I think I've managed to take a different element of his style than is usually evident in other homages (besides, I'm nowhere near as talented as the likes of blackeri or loish, so I'll just leave the more direct Mucha-homage work to those who can do it justice ^_^ ).

Full-view's totally up to you, as is commenting, but both are appreciated. Oh, and the full-view is only 30% of the full-size version I was workin on. My screwy old system *REALLY* didn't like me for this one!

Probably around 10 hours in PS, with a helluva lot of trial & error along the way.
