Maxx fanart 'cover' 1

I submitted this a while back, but too it down cuz it just looked far too dark. I took it back home, rejigged my monitor settings a whole load (which subsequently meant I had to fiddle with lighting and contrast in a few other WIP's), polished off a few bits I wasn't too happy with ... and left it sitting untended on my HD for a month. I've just been otherwise engaged recently, is all.

Anyway, played with it a bit yesterday, and altho I'm still not totally happy with Maxx himself (especially the shading), I can't seem to get it looking any more as I'd like, so I thought I'd just submit as-is, rather than putting it off in perpetuity.

All-in-all, tho, I'm pretty happy with this piece. Especially Julie.
